Foundry shop

Metal melting is performed in electric arc and induction furnaces.

Capacity of the plant foundry shop is 500 mt of steel casting a year, 1000 mt pig iron casting a year (including 400 mt of high-alloy iron a year), weighing being from 1 kg to 2000 kg. The steel and iron which are cast in the shop have wide range of grades.

Precision casting area specializes in output of slurry pumps impellers. Cast weighing is from 5 kg to 40 kg; capacity of the area is 40 mt a year.

Chill casting area is specialized for casting pumps spare parts.

Pattern area of the shop is rigged with universal equipment and devices for making patterns and core boxes of any configuration. Casting is performed onto the ground by molder semiautomatic devices.
