Machine-assembly department

Machine-assembly department comprises: areas for mechanical processing of pumps and other equipment components, and assembling area.

Over 100 items of equipment are used in the department: merry-go-round machines, heavy turning lathes, numerically controlled horizontal borers, NC milling borers, NC turning lathes, round grinders, flat grinders, gear-milling machines, gear-shaping machines. Use of modern mechanical processing machines and equipment ensures high quality of the output.

The equipment permits performing the entire production cycle starting from components mechanical processing and ending with hydro testing.
