March 2006

We have assimilated production of cast-iron self-sealing gate valves with diameter of 800 (ЗЧС-800), designated for controlling pulp flows with concentration of solid unsized phase over 50 kg/m3, solids size up to 6 mm, for regulating pipeline system resistance, for sludge pumps start-up and for other technological operations related to hydro-transportation of highly abrasive medium in coal-preparation plants. In-line part of the gate valves is equipped with protective elements made of monolithic polycrystal silicon carbide.

November 2005

We have assimilated production of double suction smoke exhauster Д 21,5х2У designated for generating forced draft in various fuel consuming gas purification aggregates and units of high capacity.

September 2005

On September 22 – 28, 2005 VostokUgleMash took part in the exhibition “Hydraulics + Pneumatics. Pumps 2005” took place in the city of Kharkov, Ukraine. (www.infoexpo.kharkov.ua)

In a thermal treatment shop we have upgraded the shaft cementing furnace which enables thermal treatment of components whose over-all dimensions exceed 2500 mm. Thus, we have completed preproduction of tie beams for high frequency screens and screens of type ГИСТ, ГИСЛ...

We have concluded a contract with a public company State Research and Development Institute of Processing Equipment “GiproMashUgleObogashenie”. According to the contact, VostokUgleMash has a right to output products under the Institute authoring. This enables us to develop production of spare parts to centrifuges ЦфШнВ-1,00 and ЦфШнГ-1,00, and production of tie-beams to high-frequency screens...

We have developed production of gate valve ЗЧСМ-150 lined with wear-resistant rubber with А-80 Shore hardness which is comparable to polyurethane resin in terms of hardness. The valve may be produced with pneumatic drive...

June 2005

We have changed the technology of producing spare parts for the furnace ЧЦР. In particular, we have manufactured new aluminum rigging; we have used machine-molding into double casting-boxes which made it possible to ensure high precision of the components geometry. Besides, from now on grate-bars of the furnace are made of heat-resistant cast iron ЧХ 1 (GOST 7769-82) which features advanced heat-resistance, corrosion resistance, wear-resistance, and high-temperature strength...
