Overhaul shop

This shop is designated for repairing complex and large-scale equipment for coal-preparation plants and for enterprises of related industries – such as blowers, reduction gears, vacuum pumps, etc.

Acceptance tests are carried out at special test benches, such as a bench for rotors dynamic balancing, etc.

Wide range of the shop equipment makes it possible to rearrange itself in the shortest possible time for repairing new kinds of machinery, which results is widening the scope of services.

The shop comprises an area for producing components made of monolithic polycrystal silicon carbide which is designated for lining wearing parts of pumps, hydro cyclones, stop valves, etc. Capacity of the area is up to 20 mt a year.
