Automated complex of coal (ore, etc.) slimes sizing and dehydration

Hydro cyclones with protective lining made of monolithic polycrystal silicon carbide are designated for sizing crushed ore and non-ore materials (coal, sand, clay).

At preparation plants hydro cyclones are installed either as individual sizers, or as sizers of closed cycles for crushing by ball crushers. Hydro cyclones may be joined into batteries using distributors.

In addition, hydro cyclones may be used for concentrating, dehydrating and de-sliming various products of concentration in dense mediums, in hydrometallurgical processing, for purification and conditioning weighted drilling muds, etc.

We suggest automatic complexes which ensure automatic control and stabilization of operation in accordance with the suggested functional scheme.

Supply will be effected in accordance with customer’s requirements specification which indicates type of hydro cyclone, scopes of processing and a size of boundary grain of classification.
