Cyclone cell system, type БЦ-2-6х(4+3) (BC-2-6 x (4+3))
Cyclone cell system is designated for entrapping ashes which are carried off by furnace gases from stationary steam boilers with steam capacity up to 20t/hour when burning solid fuels. It can also be used in various processing systems for entrapping non-fibrous and non-agglutinating dust.
Cyclone cell system of type БЦ-2-6х(4+3) (BC-2-6 x (4+3)) include 42 integrally cast cyclone elements with internal diameter of cylindrical part being 257mm, equipped with profiled guide vanes of “socket” type with tilt angle of 30°. Each guide vane is divided into two concurrent run sections. When load is reduced, one of the sections can be disconnected by a gate. Safety valves are installed on a lid of each section.
